If fees from a prior academic year are outstanding, the student will not be permitted to enrol for the new academic year until all debt is cleared.

Please note if payment is not made by the listed deadlines, your child will not be able to attend school.

An additional interest and/or admin fee may be charged for late payment.

In the case of outstanding fees, the debt will be actively pursued by the Finance Office. The matter may also be passed to an external debt collection agency, incurring additional costs.

A minimum of a full term’s notice must be given, with fees liable up to the end of the notice period.

For example, for pupils not returning for the school year starting in September, notice would need to be given before the start of the previous school year’s Summer Term (so by the Easter break).

To vacate a place in the Spring term (starts Jan) notice would need to be given before the start of the Autumn Term -ie before the start of the school year in September.

To vacate a place in Summer Term (starts after Easter), notice would need to be given during the Autumn (Sept-Dec) term - ie before the start of the Spring term in Jan..

Once notice is given the class place will be automatically made available to the class waiting list. It is not possible to give notice and remain in class post the notice date.
