Kindergarten
Our School accepts up to 15 hours free entitlement for children aged 3 to 5 years old if the child qualifies for Greenwich Early Years Funding. The funding will commence from the term following the child’s third birthday for six terms.Please note, we only offer 34 weeks entitlement out of the maximum 38 weeks. You may access the remainder of the free entitlement at another approved provider.
We will apply for the early years funding for your child. Funding is not reflected on your invoice as it is not a chargeable fee. The fees you pay are for chargeable hours for additional provision over the 15 hours funding. The School does not accept 30 hours funding.
Child eligible for 15 hours government funded place + additional 5 chargeable hours per week – £8,921.60 per annum + VAT
Non-eligible child – £9,650 per annum + VAT
Lower, Middle and Upper School
Classes 1 to 12: £12,900 per annum + VAT20% discount for sibling place
2% discount for full payment in advance of academic year commencingFees for the 2026/27 academic year will be published in due course.

Annually in advance (2% discount offered) payable by 31st August.
By 3 equal installments termly in advance payable by the first day of each term by Bank Transfer/Standing Order
By 12 equal installments from August to July payable by the 15th of each month either by Direct Debit or Bank Transfer/Standing Order

Individual music tuition for violin/viola/cello begins in Class 3. Fees are approx £60* per term.

Additional fees apply for school trips. Each of our educational visits is designed to support and enhance individual class curricula and the developmental stage of the students.
Most of our residential and non-residential day trips vary from year to year. Here are examples of the types of visit each class may experience -
Classes 1 & 2 - Local Walks and the Lantern Walk
Class 3 - visits to farms and gardens and a residential camping trip (3 nights)
Class 4 - exploration of areas along the Thames and other local geographical locations
Class 5 - participation in the 'Olympics' at Michael Hall School (3-night camp)
Class 6 - 4-night stay at the YHA at 'The Sill', Hadrian's Wall
Class 7 - a variety of trips to support students' need to experiment and explore the world, which may include a sailing residential
Class 8 - museum visits to support the anatomy and physiology block, theatre visits to support the class 8 play and a 4/5 night residential
Classes 9, 10, 11 - a range of visits to support learning and preparation for the NZCSE, which may include at least one residential
Class 12 - a significant residential trip to mark the end of student's time in Waldorf Education (14 nights)
For trips within London, we endeavour to use the re-instated free TfL School Party Travel Scheme, but we suggest that you also ensure your child has a valid Zip Card. You may apply here -
Offer Of A Place
Pupils that are offered a place need to complete the Admission Pack and pay a non-refundable £1500 deposit within 14 days to secure the place to start school.
When To Apply
We take applications across the year for class places beginning the next academic year.
We also take applications during the school year for those looking for an immediate class place and hold a waiting list for places that occasionally become available if a family moves location.
SEN
We provide for student’s within a mainstream academic ability and are not a specialist SEN provider, nor resourced to provide education for children with specialist SEN needs.
If the child’s needs are found to be beyond that which the school can reasonably provide the school team will inform the parents and will not be able to offer a place.
Applications From Overseas
We welcome international applicants. All applicants must be able to speak and write English fluently at a level appropriate to their age group.
